Merry Christmas One and All

I was working on this cheesecake order (Peppermint Candy Cane Cheesecake) yesterday when my girls walked by and and said, "It's a box full of happiness. When you look at it and smell the peppermint, you can't help yourself but want to smile." They described it well. Over the River and Through the Woods ...

I'm sitting at my desk working and watching it snow intermittently today. I know I said the "S" word but I can't help it.  In my house, the kids are looking forward to the pond freezing so they can go ice skating and play hockey.  For me, I love being able to bake more without making the house too hot.
